Manually upgrading more.groupware

This appendix contains the instructions for manually upgrading moregroupware, as they have been posted to the mailing lists.
Important: If you need to upgrade from e.g. 0.6.4 to 0.6.6, you need to perform the upgrade in two steps, from 0.6.4 to 0.6.5 and finally to 0.6.6. This is true for all versions!
Warning: You should only attempt an upgrade if you still feel comfortable after(!) reading the instructions. You need some knowledge of what you are doing. It worked for the author, but no warranty is given whatsoever!
